The Five Elements (FASEW)
1. Fire (Agni)

2. Air (Vayu)

- Function: Represents motion and movement within the body (e.g., circulation, respiration).

3. Space (Akasha/Ether)
- Symbol: Middle finger
- Function: The most abundant element, making up 90% of the body.
- Role: Represents the vastness and subtle nature of the body.
4. Earth (Prithvi)

- Function: Represents all tangible, solid, and stable aspects of the body.
- Examples: Bones, skin, muscles—everything solid in nature.
5. Water (Jal/Ap)
- Symbol: Little finger
- Function: Represents all fluids in the body, including saliva, blood, and urine.
- Role: Water constitutes about 70% of the body.
